I have the BEST friends who encourage me artistically all the time. And they have lots of ideas! Happily this pair of mother-of-pearl opera glasses were loaned to me for a painting! What a challenge getting the dramatic - and surprising - color changes within the shiny, creamy, white pearly surface! And to make it all the more authentic, the blue paper is titled "Verdi" for the famous composer of opera.
